India’s Criminal Justice System Set for Revamp with New Laws

The newly enacted laws—Bharatiya Nyaya SanhitaBharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, and Bharatiya Sakshya Act—are set to come into effect from July 1. These legislative changes signify a significant milestone in India’s legal evolution, addressing critical aspects of criminal justice administration.
